Hilltop Home is a private, nonprofit, Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) with a capacity to support 22 children who have severe to profound developmental disabilities and are medically fragile. They provide a comprehensive habilitation program that includes individualized medical, therapeutic, and developmental/ educational services in an intimate, homelike residential setting. The program is designed to assist children with multiple disabilities and medical fragility to reach their fullest potential.
