  • Color Options: Black, White
  • Composition: Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer
  • Advantages: Lightweight, low maintenance, High UV and Ozone Resistance, White Membrane is highly reflective and Energy Star Certified
  • Disadvantages: Shrinkage, less resistance to punctures, non-welding seams, Black membrane is non-reflective. Does not perform well with ponding water.

  • Color Options: Primarily White, Gray, & Tan with any other colors such as blue & red available

  • Composition: Asphalt with either Atatic Polypropylene (APP) modifiers or Styrene Butadine Styrene (SBS) modifiers.

  • Disadvantages: Expensive to maintain, difficult to diagnose and repair leaks. Does not perform well with standing water.
